Refund Policy

Report Pack credits and Pro subscription are digital products sold through Paddle. This policy explains refunds and how they relate to your check4u account.

1. What you can buy

Report Pack 5 and Report Pack 20: prepaid credits for sending tenant invites and completing reports.

Pro: monthly subscription with included report quota and pack purchase options as shown on Billing.

2. Refund window

If you are unhappy with a purchase, email us within 14 days of the charge. Tell us your account email and the Paddle receipt or transaction reference. We review requests case by case.

Credits already consumed for a sent invite or finalized report are generally not refundable. Unused pack credits may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Paddle and chargebacks

Paddle is the merchant of record. Card charges appear under Paddle. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under Paddle's terms. If Paddle notifies us of a refund or chargeback, we adjust your credit ledger to match.

4. Subscriptions

Pro renews monthly until you cancel in Paddle or through the manage subscription link from checkout. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. We do not refund partial months except where required by law or at our discretion within the window above.
