1. The service

check4u is a B2B SaaS workflow for photo-based documentation, PDF report automation, and temporary file storage. Landlords create reports, invite tenants by email link, review submissions, and send a final PDF. Tenants use the link without creating an account.

2. Accounts and roles

Landlords sign in with email. Tenants access only the invite link you send. After final send, report content is locked. Landlords cannot edit or delete tenant submissions; they may add review notes and send the final report.

3. Acceptable use

Use check4u only for lawful move-in condition documentation. Do not upload illegal content, harass others, attempt to break security, or resell access without permission.

4. Service limitations

We organize records and deliver the same PDF to both parties. We do not judge condition, assign damage liability, guarantee outcomes in any disagreement, or promise that any record will be accepted in a legal process.

5. Billing

Paid report credits and optional Pro subscription are sold through Paddle. Payment terms also follow Paddle as merchant of record. See our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, retention periods, and deletion.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the current version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
